Service to drivers
QUEUE MANAGEMENT
To ensure that the queue is respected and that the FIFO rule is correctly applied, the parking lots of our shipping points are equipped with an automatic queue management system. Drivers are assigned badges that will be used to clock in and out at the various stages of their journey from the entry parking lot to the exit.
THESE DATA ARE USED LATER TO:
- Detecting possible delays and reacting in time
- Analyze the time spent by the trucks in the different stages to be able to continuously improve our processes
Loading TIMES:
The loading schedules at the Ben Ahmed and Beni Mellal factories are as follows
Monday - Friday: 24h/24
Saturday: 00h-22h
Sunday: from 10 pm
For the commercial platforms of Salé and Fès :
Monday - Saturday: from 06h to 20h.
DRIVER TRAINING:
Periodic trainings are offered to the drivers of the clients as well as those of the rendering activity:
To make them aware of road safety issues and safety at work in general,
Inform them of any new regulations concerning road traffic.
Train them on good loading/unloading practices.
Train them on the rules of control before departure of the trucks
At the end of these days, certificates of participation are distributed to the drivers as well as goodies.
Restauration
In order to offer a quality service to the drivers of our customers, and to make their passages to our factories a pleasant moment, CIMAT placed at their disposal at the level of the factories of Ben Ahmed and Beni Mellal, a complex composed of:
- A food court offering meals at subsidized prices managed by a food service professional.
- A store for the sale of food products (water, cookies, lemonades, ...)
- Various facilities: toilets, showers, a mosque, a terrace.
The restaurant is open from 6am to 10pm and serves the 3 meals of the day.
