Noor-Tafilalet which is the first phase of ONEE's solar photovoltaic program aimed at securing the country's electricity supply, improving the quality of service for regions located at the end of the line (regions supplied by 60 kV lines in antenna and located far from the transformer stations), as well as reducing network losses and the use of fuel oil

Noor-Tafilalet includes 3 power plants - located in the regions of Erfoud, Zagora and Missour, with an average unit power of 40 MW for a total capacity of 120 MW.

The commissioning of the first plant is scheduled for late 2019 at the latest. The cost of Noor-Tafilalet is more than 158 million dollars, financed to the tune of 148.95 million by the World Bank.
