ANP CASABLANCA TOWER

This 25-storey, 105-meter high tower houses the headquarters of the ANP (National Ports Agency), which brings together all the stakeholders of the port of Casablanca. This administrative complex is part of the various projects undertaken as part of the "Wessal Casablanca Port" program (transfer of the fishing port and the shipyard, development of a cruise terminal).

These worksites are intended to reconvert part of the port area by creating a new urban center, enhancing the historic district of the medina and its coastline and identifying the city as a flagship destination for cultural, business and cruise tourism.

This imposing building facing the railway station of Casa-Port requires a budget of 340 million MAD and mobilizes a land base of 3,000 m2.
